ICCU: Native Social Content

For ICCU, an Idaho-based credit union, I was part of the first art director–copywriter team tasked with developing native social content from the ground up. Our goal was to create work that felt organic to social platforms—fun, playful, and culturally relevant—while still strategically highlighting ICCU’s wide range of products and services. The core challenge was balancing personality with clarity: delivering informative messaging without sacrificing entertainment or authenticity. The result was approachable, platform-first content that helped humanize the brand and made financial topics feel more accessible to everyday consumers.

Banking, but make it social.

Real tips, real tools, and real support—showing up in your feed when you need it most.

The work balanced playful, approachable storytelling with informative messaging to make banking feel more accessible and engaging. From short-form to carousels.

Our top-performing post—and it didn’t look like an ad.
